We decided to use the PDF Creator program. Couldn't get any other drivers to work. Thank you though, akey.

Browse All TopicsI have multiple users printing PDF's thru our Citrix server. They all use the Universal Citrix Print Driver which prints to their client machines Adobe PDF printer. It then asks them to select where they want the file saved, they fill it out, hit ok, and it creates the PDF. However, I have one user who cannot print thru Citrix to Adobe PDF. She can print thru Citrix to all her other printers, but not the Adobe PDF. She can also print locally (not via Citrix) to her Adobe PDF. When she tries to print via Citrix to Adobe PDF, she doesn't get the prompt for where she wants the file saved. However, the print job does show in her local Adobe PDF print queue. It gets to ~%95 done and errors out with the typical "Document failed to print" error.
Any advice would be appreciated. I'm fairly new to Citrix and am trying to work out all the kinks. Thanks

You might want to consider installing postscript drivers to print PDF. I hate postscript drivers, but it's working in my environment. Remember PDF files also creates large spooling files and it could cause printers to error out. Try downloading the PS drivers as a solution for that issue.
