I just recently updated all the MACs in our office to Citrix Dazzle from an older client. As a result each MAC user can open their Citrix Published apps however no one can print in (Citrix Published Apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.) using Citrix Dazzle. We are currenty using Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and the Citrix Dazzle client is configured to point to our Citrix Access Gateway server.
It appears that the Citrix Published Apps are seeing the network printer (HP Laserjet 4350) however it is assigning it a driver called "HP Color Laserjet PS". Something tells me that the issue is the result of the the Citrix Server is assigning the HP Color Laserjet PS driver for every MAC.
Main Question - Since the Citrix Servers and Citrix Access Gateway run on Windows 2003 how do I get the MACs to print using the appropriate driver? Is it possible to install an HP Laserjet 4350 MAC driver on a Citrix App Server running Windows 2003 Server?
