Terminal Server / Citrix

I run published Excel Applications through Terminal Server / Citrix. I have a problem logging off the application. I have an 'Exit' button on Excel running this simple VBA: Application.Quit
This used to always quit the application and log the user off the terminal Server / Citrix, but lately I have noticed the application closes, but the users are still logged in.
What can I do to ensure a user gets cleanely logged off Terminal Server using Excel VBA.
