Multiple monitor issue using Citrix
I have a user who has 4 monitors, 2 on top of 2, and when they open up Outlook or any app via our Citrix Portal, it only opens in the top left monitor. The user is unable to move it to any other monitor. Any idea why this is happening?
During our Citrix setup a while ago i remember someone mentioning something about the monitors and memory available on the server or something if that helps.

Thanks for the help. In case anyone needs it I found this article which also provides an Excel sheet to give you the memory size based on amount of monitors, resolution, etc. Also direction on how to adjust the registry to raise the memory above the 8 MB limit.
