Cannot install Citrix Reciever or Online Plugin

Hi Experts,

Has anyone encountered the following error below? I cannot install any Citrix Online Plugin or Reciever.

Below is logs where it stops:

Did you have another version of Citrix Online Plugin installed before trying to install the receiver?

We had to use the UNICA tool to remove all previous clients before the new receiver would properly install.

Thank you for sharing the program. Unfortunately after running it, the issue still occurs, and same log entries from my first post

try to unistall the plugin using the following article http://support.citrix.com/article/ctx121917 and give a try by reintalling the client.

Can you try to install it in different user account? also same issue with other workstations too?

Hi sekarc4u, does not work with a different account same error, it works on a different laptop.

And I'm not under a domain

No solution found, I just decided to reformat my laptop

Citrix was working fine on my Windows 10 laptop and suddenly stopped working.  Tried all the stuff in this thread (including adding new user admin) and nothing works.

Receiver is corrupted and may need a different laptop or rebuild.  Sort of sucks this is a common problem and they don't seem to care.
