Netscaler 9.3 - How to Drain Service
In the GUI interface of the Citrix Netscaler 9.3 how can i set a service to drain (keep all current connections but do not allow new ones) then disable this service once all connections have dropped off.

Thanks...
I have been doing a lot on research on this since I have to do this process next week. In 9.3 I have read that "Grace Full Shutdown" was included and if you select this and do not enter in a timeout value the service will one be disable after all existing connections are released...

Before I used the grace full shut down option I check the number of connection to the server is question and it had 12 connection with varying idle times.
Under Load Balance -> Services and cliced on disable and select Grace full shut down and gave it a timeout period of 900 seconds.
I was surprise because once I clicked OK the service was listed as Out of service and there no more connection on the server.
Do I do this process correctly?

I will try it and let you know.
Is it possible the server was placed offline imminently because the connections were idle?
