Citrix Online Plugin error "The server has invalid root certificate"

Hello there,

I have 3 x users at different sites who have reported that they get the Citrix Online Plugin pop-up message every 4 seconds - The server has invalid root certificate, so this may be malicious server. Connection dropped.
The version of Citrix Online plugin used is 12.1.

Please advise as to how to resolve this issue, and what is causing this pop-up to appear? As mentioned its affecting only few users.

Hi Sorry for the delay @dborger, the issue is still there, it happens only when users are connected via WIFI when connected via LAN no issue.
Yes you are right it's something on client side. And to you suggestion, how to ensure that device has Certificate authority root certificate?
