Citrix Application Authentication pop issue.

Hi All,

I have two web interface with pass through method. From one server when I launch Citrix it asks for server password while from other web interface it launches fine. This is happening for all application. The issue seem to be with some settings on web interface. Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Take the two webinterface.conf files and run them through a diff program.  That will show the differences and you should be able to figure out what is different for the authentication settings.

I use Beyond Compare but there are lots of diff program and utilities out there.

Thank you Carl. There is no difference in authentication settings in both files. Is there anything else I can check?
I am referring to pop up which is in attached file.

Are you saying this is specific to one WI server or one XenApp server?
It is to web interface server. As I stated above, I have two web interface servers. From one I get pop up when I launch the application but from another it launches without it.

If the issue is with Xenapp server then it should show same behavior for both interface. Why is it working fine for one but not for another.
Are you sure it is a WI issue? When you get the popup for authentication, login, go to a cmd prompt and see which XA server is used.  Is it always one or is it both?
I found one more thing. If I use explicit authentication for that server then it work fine. The issue is when I use pass through.
Did you go through all the links I sent earlier?
It worked re installing Citrix by including SSO on client machine and by editing policy.

Thanks a lot for your help.
<grin> So it wasn't Web Interface after all?

Issue got resolved by using solution in one of link provided.
Yes it was not web interface. I will have to push the policy to all Client machines.
