WebEx crashing in Citrix Shared Desktop
Hello, thanks for taking the time to look at this. We are having an issue with WebEx inside our Citrix shared desktop farm. We have tried to work with WebEx but have had zero luck.
Citrix XenApp 6.5
Citrix PVS 6.1
Citrix UPM 5.2
Server 2008 R2
Users can schedule WebEx meetings fine and send out invites fine in Citrix. When the 1st user joins/hosts a meeting everything works fine. Any subsequent user tries to join/host a meeting the WebEx client crashes.
We have software restriction policies in place but have whitelisted every WebEx related .exe file. WebEx support recommended we also whitelist every .dll file as well (which we did and there was no change).
A symbolic link was recommended by WebEx support to redirect the C:\ProgramData\WebEx\WebEx folder from the server to the users home directory which is on a network share (WebEx support sent the sym link syntax). Unfortunately the crash still occurred at 99% and the sym link also appeared to not be redirecting everything in the C:\ProgramData\WebEx\WebEx folder.
Not really sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
