Error during writing ODBC driver information into the registry

I'm running an application via Citrix on Server 03. I've added all users to the users group locally and remote desktop users group.
When users log in they are getting the following error message;
Error during writing ODBC driver information into the registry (screenshot attached)
If I add users to local administrators it works, but I can't really do this as its a security risk.
I've monitored what keys the application needs via Process Monitor and added remote desktop users & users to have write access in the registry.
Any more advice would be great.Start Free Trial
