Question
1 of my citrix servers is having an issue with the UK dictionary. When some (not all) users who log onto the server not being able to do spell checks. the error implies the proofing tools are not installed. they obviously are as others (Domain admins, but again not all domain admins) can use the spell check.
when the users log onto another server they are fine.
i have uninstalled/reinstalled office several times.
any ideas welcome.
