citrix xen app 5.0 clip board issue-Cut and paste not working

Hi Experts,

We are using citrix xen app 5.0 with 5 published applications.One of the ERP application called media using for data entry purpose having some issues on clip board mapping.While accessing same application with in server all the functions are working fine including cut and paste.But when we are using the same from web the cut and paste option is not working.

Any helps on this issue will be appreciated...
