Pc Anywhere NiteMare. How can i configure pc anywhere to work on my domain?

Here is the deal
I work in a school department and i just installed a domain. The network was working with pc anywhere before. Since i added the workstations to the domain and changed the DNS on all the machines to the dns server address. Pc anywhere will not work. I am not understanding what the problem is. I sometimes think that it is GP and sometimes think it is DNS. Any insight you can offer would be greatly appreciated. thanks
