Using PCAnywhere to connect as administrator on Host PC.

I need administrator level privileges when I connect to a Host via PCAnywhere. When I change the host's log on in the services property, to administrator, I don't get the desktop. When I set the log on back to local, and select the allow service to interact with desktop switch on, I can get the desktop.
But I need the administrator environment.
The machines auto logon to a user profile.
