Remote control Software that will work behind firewall

Hi,
  I would like to ask if what is the best remote control software that would support behind fiirewall,NAT that would also support remote printing in both host and remote computer or vice-versa.....

There are quite a few products that do this.  GoToMyPC is one such software that I'm aware of.  However, it is really hard to say which is the best because there are a lot of other factors like price as well.

Basicly, all remote control programs will work if you configure the inbound and outbound ports.
Here are some of my reccomandations:

LogMeIn
www.logmein.com     Free for just remote desktop. remote control. If you need file transfer or remote printing you must pay. You may give a try because it uses the default port 80.

PcAnywhere
http://www.symantec.com/norton/products/overview.jsp?pcid=pf&pvid=pca121

Or VNC products.

currenlty i am using smartbro here in the philippines..  if you try to get the ip address we all have same ip in one place. and the portforwarding is disabled. as if we are in a WAN connection. how can we setup pcanywhere to be connected since some of the ports are blocked.  is there a way?

Logmein might be a smart sollution. Doesn't need portfordwarding and neighter public ip or domain name.
If you can't unlock the ports 5631/5632 for a network ip or don't have a public ip you can't use it.

I'm using TEAMVIEWER (http://www.teamviewer.com/). It is the best remote control over internet that I ever used before.

It works perfect behind firewalls / routers. You can gain remote control easily and it is free for personal usage. If you're planning to use it for work/business you may pay for a centralized console.

Try it and let me know if it fits your needs.
