I have approx 5000 Customners to whom my support Team physically goes to support, I was looking at setting up a remote Technician setup sort of solution so that we are not only limited to a Particular Geography, Any advise on how we can start small and scale up ...( We were evaluating Log ME In & Kaseya ) ...Any other decent suggestions...and roadmap...Start Free Trial
