I have an HP dv5000 About 3 mts ago my screen froze and I did a pc restore. later on it did it about 2 times more and i again did the pc restore. Since then I noticed I cant do a system restore. It didnt bother me at all, so I didnt put much interest in that issue. Now a couple days ago, I turned off my computer normally, i didnt install or remove anything from my computer. I turned it on again, and I cant log on to my local profile. Trying to see what happened I realized that all my personal info and other softwaresa that were previously downloaded to the computer didnt get wiped off when I did the pc restores. The are right there on my C files. I have a adware and spyware program loaded for protection.
how can I solve this issue? i have no big knowledge of computers, i just know to enter data and retrieve it, and to chat online, and get my emails. I use my computer for these and to do my homeworks. Can I be guided step by step to solve this issue, please.? thank you
