Remote from work to home, get around blocks - how?

My job uses websense I believe, not too sure, but in any case, I would like to view my complete home dekstop from the job so I can look at whatever website, or simply maintain my home ftp and my filesharing programs. My main goal is to have it look as if I'm actually working on my home pc, but from work.

Any ideas? I think I have an old copy of PC Anywhere, but I never understood why that program is so large. I want something simple. Oh, and at work we use w2k, my home computer is XP prof.Start Free Trial
