remote access to server over vpn

I hope someone can help,
I have a windows 2003 server configured as a domain with approx 10 pc connected to the domain,
What I want to do is have a number of remote pc's connecting over a vpn, the router i am using is a draytek with the draytek vpn client,
this is all working a dream the vpn comes up and i can ping all devices on the nwtrok,

now these remote pc arnt in the domain so obviosly i cannot access the server, is there a way to set up access without the remote pc having to join the domain or am i stuffed, Start Free Trial
