Yesterday, I contacted Symantec tech support over a subscription issue for NIS 2009. They remoted into my PC and corrected the problem. I think their access to my PC caused the connection problem with my office. Both were working fine before. I contacted my T1 provider to have them check access thru the Cisco PIC firewall and they could get thru the firewall into the PC that I could not connect to and that was not the problem. I removed and reinstalled both PCAnywhere and NIS 2009, but that did not help. My internet provider at home is AT&T Uverse.
