Remote Login Program LogmeInRescue/pcanywhere

ok im looking for a non subscription program like logmeinresuce or pcanywhere.. basically buy a server license and have full remote desktop access or VPN, and be able to fully install on computers and access from an online HTTP site (but run a server somewhere to host this all).

also to have another feature on taht server like logmein rescue where people can just say ok and get help without installing any application..

i dont mind paying... but just not a subscription service; i want to host it myself...
