Netscreen remote won't give me a key, logviewer says - message not received.

I can logon to my work computer through the vpn netscreen remote from my laptop at home, But I cannot logon from my desktop computer.  It keeps giving me the mesage (message not received).  It let me on last night after trying all day, but today it won't let me back on.  Start Free Trial
