VPN recommendation

We are a small business which is need of a VPN solution for 5-10 employees.  We are running server 2003 on the server and XP Pro or Vista Business on the clients.  We were recommended to look at Watchguard Firebox solutions and have been looking at Fireguard x10,15,20 boxes on ebay.  We have been using a Linksys RV082 with mixed results and are looking to upgrade to something more reliable. I'd appreciate suggestions on this strategy or others.  We're looking to spend no more than $200-$300 including the VPN server/client software.  Thank you
