1. i burn iso
2. boot from it to recovery for windows it whose the first opinion
3. after it boot i it ask me if i wnat to start network services i tab yes and using DHCP
now i have network and DHCP IP adress
4. I tab START CONTROL PANNEL XP FIREWALL Disable
5. Now you must start Fileshare support -so START - SYSTEM - NETWORK - Load Fileshare Support
- here the software write you the password in CMD for Administrator witch you must use to conect to shared folder but this is administrator passwrd so you will need it some times and
NOTE This password is genereated each time is another
6. Now start VNC server START - Programs - Networking tools - Real VNC Server
it shows you icon in rgiht down corner like systri there you can setup password if you want but i had problems there so i use it with no autentification
now all is runing and you can conect using JAVA client on IP:5800 or vnc client IP:5900
=) try its working for me
USING i download the version you have on the page you get me bild iso burn iso and tested more then one type of VNC on UBCD but only one works well so I write manual how i manage to make VNC working well as you wish
if you ask if I am using ubcd normally so no most i use just and installation disk of OS and some partition tools to recover data i fixing system in recovery console
BUT MANUAL WORKS ON 100% only problem can be if this UBCD don't supporting your LAN card but you can add it manually
I use java console and dont use password on vnc server
so go on www.java.com and instal java best is to use IE
after you have instaled java close ie and open it again preper ubcd computer as you see up and type to ie on remote pc http://ipofpc:5800 and enter it wil ask you to conect on pc where is IP or name:0 where :0 means primari screan and thats all maybe it will ask you to use java applet from ip of the pc or maybe you will se on remote pc just vnc logo if you see logo simple click twice on it is it ok?
If its not working you can use static ip adress in ubcd configuration i try both dhcp and static both works but setup ip and if its static or dhcp on startup ubcd networking later its not working well
