How to get access over VNC to the main GUI console on SLES11

I need to access console 0 with VNC to support an applivation running on SLES 11.
I have enabled xinit, and VNC in Yast however I can not get to Display 0. I have also added the fallowing to the xorg.conf file and again no help,

Section "Module"
  Load         "vnc"

Section "Screen"
    Option     "PasswordFile" "/root/.vnc"

can I get some aditional help on what I may be missing or doing incorrectly please?
