HI,
I have been trying to install the VPN client on my laptop. once i finish the instullation and try to access my VPN client software i get the following message
" the necessary VPN sub_system is not available. you can not connect to the renote VPN server"
i have tried the soultions given on the Cisco web page that include
- re-installing the software
- stop and start some of the sevices
but none worked. when i try to install the software on another laptop it works fine. so im guessing the problem has to do with some configurations on my laptop
