A user has come into a business I support and has asked to have remote access in the same way he enjoyed it with his previous company.
He used to use Remote Desktop Connection, using an IP address supplied to him, to control what must have been a virtual PC (as he says he did not have a dedicated machine back at base)
Being new to the world of remote working, I would appreciate your thoughts on the most likley architecture that was being employed to achieve this, and, more importantkly the best way of achieving the overall objective - i.e. to be able to to sit at any internet-connected PC and access a virtual desktop back at base
