Hi<br />
We have an SBS2003 in England with clients connecting to it via inbuilt vpn.<br />
There is a remote office in the USA with 3 laptop users also connecting using above, not sure about their server configuration but it is nothing to do with our network. The local US IT support want to have a site to site vpn tunnel - they are using a Netgear firewall their side that supports ipsec. On the UK side we use Linksys WRT54G which looks like it does support ipsec vpn passthrough.<br />
Can someone give me a clue how to configure this?<br />

Site to Site vpn setup

A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that uses a public telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or travelling users access to a central organizational network securely. VPNs encapsulate data transfers using secure cryptographic methods and other security mechanisms to ensure that only authorized users can access the network and that the data cannot be intercepted.

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately. The most notable inclusions are Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint and ISA/TMG (Microsoft's firewall and proxy server).

Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) is a protocol suite for secure Internet Protocol (IP) communications by authenticating and encrypting each IP packet of a communication session. IPsec includes protocols for establishing mutual authentication between agents at the beginning of the session and negotiation of cryptographic keys to be used during the session. IPsec can be used in protecting data flows between a pair of hosts (host-to-host), between a pair of security gateways (network-to-network), or between a security gateway and a host (network-to-host). IPsec is an end-to-end security scheme operating in the Internet Layer of the Internet Protocol Suite.
