If our sole goal is to elliminate lag time (keystroke or otherwise) for our remote users, will a VPN or a Terminal Server tend to be better in this regard?
In the past, I've experience keystroke lag issues that made the VPN unusable. We are trying to make sure our remote users stay on the system, versus working on their laptops and simply emailing us their work product. While we understand VPN and terminal server each have their pros and cons. Again, we are strictly curious if a terminal server or VPN platform is a better approach to the problem?
