Setup Cisco ASA 5505 VPN

Hello,

I have a Cisco ASA 5505; which I have setup VPN using VPN Wizard provided by Cisco. I am using Cisco client software Version 5.0; I can not get it to connect.  I will post the configuration so someone can help me.

Its still not working, I had to reboot the ASA for groups and users to display.  When setting up the VPN, I got  ths warning
[Warning] vpn-group-policy wizvpn group-pollcy &it, wizvpn$gt, does not exist.  
I don't know what it means.

When I try to connect using the vpn client I get
Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client reason 412; The remote peer is no longer responding,
