The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Vpn Tunnel bouncing due to Eigrp Goddbye message

Hi Experts
my users complain about unstable vpn  connection. I logged on to router and looked at logs and see the following entries

Oct 22 19:11:21.938: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP(0) 100: Neighbor 172.27.20.7 (Tunnel1) is down: interface down
Oct 22 19:11:31.934: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Tunnel1, changed state to up
Oct 22 19:11:34.690: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP(0) 100: Neighbor 172.27.20.7 (Tunnel1) is down: Interface Goodbye received
Oct 22 19:11:39.242: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP(0) 100: Neighbor 172.27.20.7 (Tunnel1) is up: new adjacency

Can some one please explain if this is the cause of intermittent connection and if yes what is the solution for stoping this.Start Free Trial
