I have two domains, both at seperate locations. Location 2 connects to Location 1 using a VPN. I have Win 2000 AD servers at both locations. Location 1 houses our MS Exchange 2000 server. My users at location 2 have a VPN connection and they use that to connect to Exchange and use email. Lately, for no apparent reason, my users at location 2 cannot open their Outlook App. It is Outlook 2002. If the Exchange server reboots OR if they reboot their PC, the VPN connection continues to work fine but Email will not open again until I have deleted their email profile on their machine and recreated it. ????? Any thoughts or suggestions as to why is appreciated.
