CISCO VPN, Unable to add route

I have installed CISCO VPN on the laptop to access servers at client site. All my other colleagues are able to connect fine to the servers. But, when I logon to the VPN, the VPN connects, but I am not able to access any of the client servers. In the log window of the VPN, I see the following error messages-
