Thankx for the post
What configuration needs to be done at Linksys ADSL router like WAG200
Since ISP ADSL will be connected on that router and dynamic IP will be received on that router. Also VPN passthru configuration and Network settings between ADSL router and RV042 VPN router. I am not clear about this configuration.

If the VPN is shows connected and you cannot ping or access any shares it is usually due to the subnets being the same at both sites. Both sites MUST use a different local subnet. For example they cannot both use 192.168.0.x
If that is not the problem, check any software firewalls. Most, such as the Windows firewall, by default only allow connections from the local subnet. They need to be reconfigured, or the firewall scope options changed. There is an outline for reconfiguring the Windows firewall scope options for the remote desktop service at:

You will also need to subscribe to a free Dynamic Domain Name Service such as www.dyndns.com or www.no-ip.com to deal with the dynamic addressing.
