Linksys wrv200 router and QuickVPN not so easy

Hi Experts,

Let me take a minute to describe my network.  I have two Windows 2003 servers, one is an Exchange 2003 server and the other is a Domain Controller.  All computers on the network are running behind my Linksys wrv200 vpn router in the private ip address range, 10.0.xxx.0 with a class A subnet mask.  I only have one public ip address which is configured on my router along with my ISPs DNS servers.  I run dhcp and dns on my DC.  dhcp is disabled on my router.

I installed the QuickVPN client on my laptop, configured the certificate on the client and created/activated an accout on the router.  At one point I got it to work.  My network was originally 192.168.1.x.  I learned that this can cause conflicts since it is so common.  So, I changed it to 10.0.xxx.0 sm 255.0.0.0.

When I try to connect with Quickvpn I can!!  However once there I can do nothing.  I can not ping any machine, not even the private side of the router, I can not go to a network share.  What am I doing wrong?  Please help.
