Stripped e-mail attachments sent thru VPN

We are having a problems where all internal e-mail attachments sent between Exchange 2003 servers thru our VPN are being stripped.  The message arrives, but no attachment.  The same message sent between servers i ndifferent offices not connected via the VPN arrives with the attachment.  A message sent from outside the company to a recipient in an office connected via the VPN arrives with the attachment.  The Exchange server in our headquarters office is a bridgehead server.  We recently switched from using Sonic Wall to MX Logic to check for Spam, but do not believe this is related because the header record of the internal messages do not indicate MX Logic has touched the message.  The stripped attachments are both PDF and DOC files sent from multiple users in multiple offices to multiple users in multiple offices.Start Free Trial
