Network problems over Check Point VPN-1 Secure Client

I am having a problem with Mapped Drives, Offline Files & Folders and File Transfers (of any size over a mapped drive, UNC path or even command prompt) over Check Point VPN-1 Secure Client. File Transfers sometimes completes (files up to 40mb) and other times I get The Specified network name is no longer available for smaller files? If I browse a UNC path or a mapped drive and start drilling down through some folders I get the same error The Specified network name is no longer available yet I can have a Remote Connection to the same server with a repeating ping to it and they dont drop off. It can happen 10 times an hour or once every 2 hours, it seems to have no pattern. This happens for all 300+ users from remote locations (home, hotels, internet caffee, etc) but never within our network. Machine type does not seem to matter. About 3-15 users connected Via VPN at any given time.All users connect via Visitor Mode in VPN-1 through the Checkpoint firewall; all machines have Windows XP Professional. Redirected My Desktop and My Documents go offline constantly, weather you browse them or not. Do you have any suggestions?
