I would like to setup a VPN site to site from my server a home to my job's server. I have been having difficulty. To start, at my job the ip changes. When I look up the ip address on chickenip site. In the command prompt, the modem is reading 192.168.0.1 as a main ip address so I made the dchp server a 10.0.0.1 address on the other nic. Since the ip address changes and from the modem from the isp is running from a terminal server giving me a 192.168.0.1 address, I find it very hard to setup a vpn connection. From my home, my ip address is rarely changes and I have a server with the same setup with the isp coming and a private network running to the other workstation for internet access.
Another problem I have I am able to remote into my server at home from my private network but not from the another network.
