Configure VPN server on Cisoc 1841 router

Hi,
I need to configure VPN server on our Cisco router 1841
I have following hardware in my router
***********************************************************************************
Cisco 1841 Modular Router w/2xFE, 2 WAN slots, 32 FL/128 DR
2 Port Serial Interface Card
ISDN Interface Card
*************************************************************************************
1. Kindly let me know what type of VPN sever we can configure in our router, (PPTP/L2TP/IP Sec)
2. Please give me the installation step.
3. What kind of client we need to use for access VPN server.

I am also sending the out router config file please let me know if something missing for VPN access .

My 2nd query is that what kind of setting I need configure in the router if I install the van on my widows 2003 server.
