CANNOT ACCESS SERVER VIA OWA AND REMOTE DESKTOP

I have just tried to access my network SBS 2003 via https://xxx.dyndns.info/remote.  I have been able to do this until tonight.  I now get a Certicate Error and if try to ignore I get 404 not found !!!.  The requested URL was not found on this server.  I can VPN onto the network and access the server by RDP.  This doesn't help my clients trying to get to their mail via OWA.  Could anyone help.  I have also tried using the Router static IP but getting the same errorStart Free Trial
