VPN not working from outside

I have been assigned the IT role in our 6 person company. It is not my area of expertise, to saay the least.  first job is setting up a VPN on Win Server 2003. I have that done to the point itha VPN connections work from inside. It does not work from outside, giving a 678 error. Our ISP has set the T-1 interface router to forward port 1723, and other settings they didn't describe but said were needed for a VPN. A D-Link DIR-615 sits between the T-1 box and the rest of the LAN. I have the D-Link forward port 1723, and set every other access parameter I can find to allow a connection. Nothing so far has worked, including putting the server in the DMZ.  Searching for answers here has taught me a bit, but not enough so far. Any suggestions?Start Free Trial
