Need to Block Internet Access and Restrict it to VPN

We have a remote laptop which users at our company take home on a nightly basis.  However, they aren't always using it for "work" purposes, and instead using it to take on vacation and connect to the internet while they are at hotels and such..LOL

Anyways, we have Cisco VPN client software, so if there a way I can restrict internet access to that laptop so whomever takes the laptop home, must login to our VPN before using the internet?
