help with configuring IPSEC on ISA2004

Dear Experts,

We use ISA 2004 SP1 as our firewall. ISA is installed on Windows 2003 Server Std. In order for users to VPN in, we use PPTP. One of the users is working from a client location and from what it seems client does not allow PPTP traffic on their network. User is able to VPN without issues over his Sprint BroadBand card  but has no luck with VPN when he is trying to connect from the client`s network.  ISA doesn't generate any logs when the user is trying to connect.....
I'd like to find out if I can also setup IpSec without affecting PPTP for the rest of the users who VPN in. Can somebody provide instructions on what else I need to do besides allowing L2TP in ISA Firewall rules.
As I mentioned ISA only has SP1 installed, I'm planning on upgrading the SP in a couple of weeks.
Also help with creating rule in ISA would be helpfull as well.
Thank you in advance.Start Free Trial
