Error Trying To Install SonicWall

I'm trying to install Sonic Wall Global VPN Client version 4.0 and I keep getting this error message:

"It appears that you've uninstalled the SonicWall Global VPN client. You need to reboot your computer before Setup can proceed."

I've rebooted the system as it said to do and still get the same error. Any suggestions?
