Sonicwall VPN connected but cant do anything

We are using SonicWall Firewall Pro 2040 and SonicWall SSL-VPN 2000 devices.  The system should be setup so that users can connect to an exchange sever and access their files.  Currently when a user connects to the VPN the connection is successfully made but the user can't access the sever.  Is the firewall just blocking the VPN users access to the local files?Start Free Trial
