I have a really weird problem. We are running SBS 2003 with vpn access for several employees using sbs as the vpn server. I have a user who has a non-domain laptop running vista home premium. I have set up vpn access for him using the "create a connection to your workplace wizard" on the client machine. He is also a member of the mobile users group on sbs and has the required permissions on the server to access 2 shared folders.
However, when he logs in with his user name and password over the vpn,he gets in fine and has he has access to one of the folders but not the other. However I can log in from my (XP) machine using his user name and pwd and have full access to both shares. (weird).
I have 1 other vista user who has no problems.
Any suggestions on a line of investigation would be most welcome!
