How do I configure the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client?

How do I configure this app to talk to my firewall? When I launch it it says "no profile available" - I put in my SSL VPN gateway and hit connect and tries to connect for an extended period of time but does not.

How do I configure the app or add a profile?
