Please recommend me the good VPN solution for small business.
Every branch office is just about 3-4 staffs, except HQ with 50 staffs. We don't need a real time connection. We only used it to synchronize data for SQL Server after office hours.
Please advice. thanks.

Drayteks seems to get quite a good rep as a VPN solution, however, I tend to go for bigger names:
Juniper SSG 5 and SSG 20
http://www.juniper.net/us/
Check Point UTM-1 Edge and new UTM-1 130
http://www.checkpoint.com/
Although I am not going to say that these guys are cheap, but they do bring a lot of the bells and whistles from their enterprise background down to the SOHO area. Both are very good products. I have used both and prefer the Juniper offering, basically as its the full SSG firepower in a v small box, whereas the edge is made by a company called sofaware with a Check Point badge.
Both of the vendors do ADSL versions also.
HTH and good luck with your new solution
I would recomend Draytek routers.
They are good value for money and have both client and site to site VPN's. http://www.draytek.co.uk

I would Recommend DrayTek too. They are a relatively small Taiwan firm but they do their R&D at home. So their products are unique. Their VPN Client software is better than Netgear's horrible VPN Client Software. Easy to configure for Site-To-Site VPN and Client-To-Site VPN. But you should follw the isntructions on-the site strickly or you will not be able to run VPN.
Though very robust and reliable.
Since there is a free VPN client (www.shrew.net), you should not care a lot about the client provided with your choice, or whether it has to be licensed. I for myself find Draytek Vigor routers kind of strange in respect of VPN setup. Many options are hidden (and can't be changed hence), and connection debugging is impossible. Draytek to Draytek VPNs are ok, as are any VPNs between same brands.
However, you are in need of a after-office-hour sync. It would sufficient to use MS RRAS with PPTP as a dial-in connection, established on demand. That's the cheapest solution, but it will get you fits if your DSL router is not PPTP aware, and you try to establish multipe inbound PPTP connections at the same time. It MIGHT work, often it does.

Among the cheapest hardware solutions you can is from Netgear - the FVS114 and FVS318 for example. You might need a could to support 10-15 offices, but they are cheap and relatively easy to use.
