Cisco AnyConnect installation problem

I have a Cisco ASA 5505 and use the AnyConnect VPN client.  It originally installed and connected.  After disconnecting it would not open again without an error.  It would have to be uninstalled and reinstalled.  Eventually I downloaded the newest version from Cisco (2.3.2016) and attempted an install.  I couldn't complete the install process.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.  I have attached a screenshot that displays the error received during installation.

The vpn client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot.

Turn off the Vista Internet Connection Sharing service.  Then try the installation again.

Disabling The service allowed software installation. However, can not launch AnyConnect. Error : "Failed to Initialize VPN API, aborting".  Thanks for the solution.

Another step I had to do after turning off the Internet Sharing

   1.  Click the Start button (Windows' orb)
   2. Type: services.msc and press ENTER
   3. Double-Click on Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
   4. Change Startup Type to Disabled
   5. Reboot the computer
