What is a good Hardware VPN for Vonage?

I live in Belize. Vonage is blocked, so as Magicjack, However I signed up fpr a VPN account from vpnaccounts.com and its doing fine for magic jack. However MagicJack is computer based while Vonage is not (Modem-Router-Vonage-Phone) meaning I need a hardware VPN. Any assistance. I have heard there are people with a solution here in Belize but they are tight lipped or charging an arm and a leg for support. I however have an expertsexchange account and I am counting on it. Thanks
